This Restaurant, located inside Hotel Del Lago at Acquapartita, serves refined cuisine prepared using simple ingredients and without altering the raw materials used such as game, porcini mushrooms and blackthorn, white and black truffles and home-made pasta. They also experiment with cooking techniques and offer new dishes and flavours that re-interpret and enhance seasonal products such as cheeses or the cured meats of Casentino.
The wine list, which boasts particularly valuable vintages, is mainly national with a large space reserved for Piedmont’s and Tuscany’s wines.

BY BUS: From Bagno di Romagna take the 218 bus operated by the START Romagna bus service for Acquapartita. (9 km trip from Bagno di Romagna).
