Located inside the hotel of the same name, the Ristorante Bologna has a large dining room and a number of small, cosier rooms.
The Bravaccini family has managed the restaurant since 1958 and thanks to this long experience, the restaurant serves great food that is both simple and delicate, with ingredients selected from a broad range of local produce.
The dishes, expertly prepared by chefs Andrea and Merisi, include mushrooms, truffles, game, traditional meats, cheeses and all hand-made pasta. Your meal will be accompanied by a good list of local and national wines.
