The Forcelli restaurant is located inside the hotel of the same name at Valgianna, a quiet hamlet in the Municipality of Bagno, surrounded by prized chestnut trees.
The cooks Romana and Ivano serve a delicious, home-made typical cuisine of the area, prepared with local meats, sausages, cheeses, porcini mushrooms, truffles and chestnuts. Their speciality is risotto with porcini mushrooms.

BY BUS: From Bagno di Romagna take the 218 bus operated by the Start Romagna bus service for Acquapartita. (8 km trip from Bagno di Romagna).
