In the restaurant of the Ca 'di Gianni farmhouse restaurant customers can enjoy traditional Romagna cooking. House specialties include game and mushrooms, but also tortelli alla lastra (stuffed pasta cooked on a griddle) that is a true gastronomic delight when expertly prepared. There are a number of set, "house" menus (Deluxe, Gourmet, Vegetarian, Tourism, Baby). The kitchen staff is also available to arrange special menus for business lunches or dinners, or for special events that deserve extra attention to detail, such as baptisms, communions, confirmations and birthdays. In addition, the restaurant becomes livelier in the evenings with excellent pizzas cooked in a wood oven.
