The restaurant, built in 2004 after careful restoration of a nineteenth-century post for the rest of the horses, is arranged over two floors and overlooks a large garden where in summer you can eat.
What flavors of the restaurant we find the characteristics of the Tuscan-Romagna cuisine, revisited by chef Bruno Sampaoli in compliance with the local cuisine.
