It is located in S. Piero in Bagno in Via Garibaldi No. 60, on the facade of the current headquarters of the Cassa dei Risparmi di Forlì, which until 1926 was the town hall. Marble and rectangular, bears the inscription: "A VITTORIO EMANUELE II / KING OF ITALY / IN THE WARS OF NATIONAL INDEPENDENCE / AMONG THE FIRST LYRICS / LEAL MANNER OF THE JURISDICANT PATTS / WELCOMED BY VOTE OF PEOPLE / FATHER OF THE PATRIA / THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAGNO DI ROMAGNA / DECRETAVA / LI 19 JANUARY 1878 ".
It was placed June 3, 1879 during the ceremonies of the Feast of the Statute, to honor the disappearance, which occurred precisely January 19, 1878, the first King of Italy. The text was dictated by the Mayor Virgilio Fucci, the commemorative speech pronounced by the teacher Antonio Valgimigli, father of Manara.
