Marmorea, rectangular, fixed by four metal studs, bears the inscription, dictated by Aldo Spallicci: "QUIRINO ZATTONI / TRASCORSE / FOR MORE THAN 41 YEARS / BETWEEN THE DISORDERS OF MEDICAL CONDUCT / TO LEND HUMAN SUFFERING / AND / BETWEEN PERSECUTIONS AND MOLESTIES / WILL PERMIT FORWARD / HAVE FAITH IN JUSTICE / IN FREEDOM REPUBLICAN / MASTER OF LIVING CIVIL. / N. 9.VII.1862 + 6.X.1939 ". It was placed October 29, 1961 to remember the figure of Dr. Quirino Zattoni (Castiglione di Ravenna 1862 - Bagno di Romagna 1939), for over forty years a local doctor, persecuted by fascism but greatly loved by the people for his expertise, availability, for linear straightness of the character.
